Glitzy Glam

Glitzy-Glam Personalised Waffle Weave Bag.

Look what came for me all the way from America!
I ordered this about 3 weeks ago when they were having their international free shipping.
I first saw these about 2 years ago and thought it was a really good idea.
At the time it was quite expensive so I just left it and kind of forgot about it.
Then when I heard about the free shipping I thought "Oh go on then!" and ordered.
I chose the blue font with a brown background with a spotty ribbon to match.
It only cost me £11, which I thought was a great deal.
I really do love personalised things. When I was younger and looking at the keyrings with names on there was never a bloody Harriet/Hattie, pfft! Damn you Mother for calling me a weird name.
Anyways, I can't wait to fill this cute little thing up with all my makeup junk.

So Warm

It has been an absolute scorcher of a day.
All I've done is lie in the garden like a lizard.
Oh and of course done some biochemistry and genetics revision. Exam tomorrow, AH!

I've managed to redden my face slightly, which is always a good thing.
Next stop bronze body, here's to wishful thinking!
But in all honestly, I really hope that this weather stays like this for the rest of the Summer.
*crosses every body part*
Then I'll get to wear all the cute summery things which have been at the back of my wardrobe for the past century.

Basil the bunny has also been helping me do my work.
He hops up to me gives me a nudge with his nose and tries to eat my notes.
Thanks pal!

New Hair?

So I've been contemplating getting my hair cut short for quite a while now.
I don't mean bob length I've been there done that (a million times).
I mean something more like a pixie cut (but not too short!).
The reason for this is that, yes I've wanted long hair for ages and have been growing it for about 3 years.
But to be honest its getting a right pain to handle.
For example, a have to deal with multiple birds nest a day, rag a brush through the thing and it is constantly knotty, not to mention the frizzyness of the beast.
And I'm thinking to myself, well if its this hard to maintain when its this length, what on Earth is it going to be like when it grows longer and longer.
So I'm getting super fed up!
I finish uni in a few weeks and then it will be time for me to open the next chapter to my life.
And I was thinking of starting it with a new short do?
My Mum has always had super curly short hair all her life and it suits her.
And I think I should just bite the bullet and get the damn thing cut.
At the end of the day its only hair and mine grows really fast!
So I'm currently saving up to get it done properly at a salon (I usually have a hairdresser come to my house).
Ah it's all so exciting!

Onto another thing quickly...
I'm wanting to get a small tattoo, I know what and where. I just need to book it in.
That will be after my exams though!

What do you guys think to a hair cut like Shannyn?

Mac Costa Chic

Mac Costa Chic Lipstick

The other day one of my friends from uni mentioned to me that she had Costa Chic and wasn't really getting on with it. She said it just didn't match her skin tone/hair colour and kindly asked me if I wanted it.
I said yes of course!

It's a vibrant pinky colour which is gorgeous when swatched.
Since it is a frost finish it can be a tad drying on the lips.
I find that if I apply this and some of Mac Crosswires it looks lovely and has a much more moisturising finish.

I really can't wait to wear this come summer.
A lovely bright lippie with a golden tan, you just can't go wrong.

Essie Mint Candy Apple & Cute as a Button

My new Essie polishes:

Mint Candy Apple

Such a raved about product I had to get it.
Although I'm not 100% sure. I think Summer actually needs to come to England before I can wear this.
Otherwise I feel like a I have death fingers.

 Cute as a Button

This on the other hand is my favourite out of the two.
Such a beautiful and stunning colour.
I honestly can't recommend it enough!

Both polishes have a nice big brush for easy application and the drying time is quick too.
Only 2 coast are needed for a fully opaque finish.

Have you guys got any Essie that you would recommend?

My Favourite Topshop Jumper Ever!

I was having a nosey around the Topshop in Trafford Centre the other week, not really expecting to see anything. Then out of the corner of my eye I saw a jumper with blue and green on (my favourite colours).
I had previously seen said jumper on VeeVeeVogue and I knew I had wanted it there and then.
But Alas could never find the blimin' thing.
But on that magical day fate was on my side.
I squealed in excitement as I thrust my bank card at the cashier person.
I have certainly had my wear out of said colourful jumper.
I just can't get enough!
Plus it was only £28 which ain't half bad for old Topshop.
